to take our “complete coverage” philosophy (Internet > Firewall > Network >
Server/s > Workstation > Smartphone) to companies that have a need for a
scalable IT solutions built onsite or hosted private, hybrid, or dedicated
environments.

Unlike other commercial hosting providers; BNS provides remote and onsite
services as well. End-To-End (the internet cloud – to the end user workstation)
discovery, troubleshooting, and resolution paths is what our companies hands on
philosophy is founded on.
What differentiates BNS from other IT companies is the vast range of services
that include:
- Onsite troubleshooting to correct IT issues ( as the commercial hosting provider
)
- Remote support by logging into customer site workstations, servers, mail
servers, firewalls, etc… to troubleshoot and correct IT issues
- Work with existing customer IT support (internal or external) for
implementation, train on deployment, or facilitate best practices information
for common IT scenarios
- Build onsite (customer site) the same technology that is being used at our
commercial hosting facility
- Build onsite (other commercial hosting facility) the same technology that
is being used at our commercial hosting facility
- Work with Microsoft (when using BPOS or 364 service) to host QuickBooks,
Peachtree, or other LOB applications concurrent with your architecture
