The founding elements of SeaTac Support CRM application hosting came to us as a result of multiple systems engineers and CRM consultants working together on various enterprise-level ACT!! deployment projects. In 2004 (prior to Sage software’s launch of their current SQL-based product) there were very few organizations that ACT!ually hosted the ACT!!  6.0 product in a true data center environment.  Mostly due to the hybrid FoxPro database in conjunction with a complex procedure for  database-to-database synchronization.

Upon successful deployments of both internal use (corporate America) as well as Internet service providers that specialize in hosting applications this team came together for the specific purpose of building a secure, scalable, redundant architecture/s for these respective vertical markets.

In 2005 Sage launched ACT!! version 7 (ACT!! 2005) we built an internal architecture that would accommodate all of our testing in Level3 (Link) Seattle co location facility located downtown in the Seattle Times building. This gave us an environment that was truly commercial grade, and a good platform for true benchmark testing for large-scale deployments.

In 2006, to offset some of the monthly recurring costs associated with maintaining a true commercial grade facility we offered commercial grade ACT!! hosting of Sage software's new SQL-based application as well as the old version 6.0 which focused specifically on small to medium-sized businesses.

In 2007 we expanded our hosting capabilities to support thin client. We found utilizing Citrix, Microsoft RDP, and Desktopsites “Konnect”  was very well received in the small to medium-sized businesses as well as our large corporate clients. It was during this time frame that Sage released their version of ACT! for Web 2007 which was viewed by many clients, as well as critics, as a "mature web application.” As a result, we also started offering dedicated servers mostly due to the necessity for a frontend / backend server relationship.

In 2008 we expanded our hosting capabilities into the virtual server realm. While we still maintain a healthy base of dedicated hardware servers, our virtual server offering has been extremely popular. Mostly due to the fACT! that it is very cost effective for organizations that wish to have multiple servers, or, simply have access to the servers desktop that is hosting their ACT!! ( end-user database modifications as well as simple administration)

In 2009 we expanded our hosting capabilities to accommodate virtual desktop structure. (Commonly known as VDI) VDI gave us the ability to offer an isolated Windows XP desktop (or several desktops with a server on a isolated network) with all of our CRM offerings installed in a secure, cost-effective manner.
