How it works; CRM is installed on a commercially hosted virtual server/s and configured as the "main" database. A remote database is created from the main to be used at customers main office. This option takes care of backup, and the necessity to host a Microsoft Web Server. This is our most popular option due to the necessary security options that needs to be put into place when hosting a Microsoft Web Server (IIS) is completely taken care of. Commercial grade firewalls IPS/IDS are used to accomplish this.
