IT Account Executive

We are looking for self-motivated, hard working, up-beat, professional, and most importantly, entrepreneur-minded sales team members to grow our business.

2-5 years of quota-busting enterprise IT sales experience;
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 IT departments as well a small to medium size businesses;
Top-notch communication skills, team player, willingness to use and be managed by ACT. (Contact manager)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Submit a minimum 5 bids per month (State RFP’s etc..etc..)
- Develop client base by cold calling and premise calling
- Follow-up of sales leads provided by management
- Keep and maintain existing accounts
- Attend to clients' needs and assure total client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Development of territory sales strategy
- Management of the sales cycle from lead generation through close, including occasional post-close service
- Consistent and on-plan revenue delivery through skilled lead identification/qualification and pipeline management
- Development of new revenue with very little renewal revenue responsibilities
- Predominately inside sales with external meetings required occasionally
- Contribution to highest levels of prospect and customer satisfaction


The ideal candidate will:

- Be experienced in designing networks on paper (Visio) (desired but not required)
- Be experienced doing outside sales
- Have a proven track record in sales positions
- Be highly motivated and success driven
- Demonstrate solid telephone & prospecting skills
- Demonstrate good written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Be computer literate (design skills a plus)
- Be able to work independently and report regularly to management
- Have reliable transportation.
- Posses technical project management skills

COMPENSATION:
Base salary plus commission. (Base salary will depend on experience)

Field Technician Position:

Candidate should posses 1-3 years of work experience in the following; Desktop support, LAN Administration, and Network Administration. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have project task documentation skills, and good customer service skills. Regular responsibility includes administrative, and technical support for small to medium sized business clients. Must be able to resolve issues on Windows XP/2000, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95/98/ME, and Microsoft Office products.

Position Details:
This is a part time 1099 per call as needed position.

Other Responsibilities:

Provide hardware and software support, on applications like Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook).
General understanding of networking concepts and be able to troubleshoot general PC hardware and network connection issues.
Troubleshoot Internet connectivity issues.
Maintain documentation of completed work at client sites.
